What should I wear?
It is recommended to wear clothing that fits close to the body and covers midsection, backs of knees, and armpits, unless it is otherwise stated in the class description. Zippers, jewelry (such as rings, necklaces, bracelets), or anything else that can snag the equipment will not be permitted in class. If you have external genitals, an athletic cup or dance belt is recommended.
What Should I Bring?
You may bring a yoga mat for warm up/cool down, a water bottle for hydration, a recording device (such as your phone) should you want to take any videos or pictures of what you’re learning.
Do I need experience?
Some classes do require experience and/or approval by an instructor to participate, as stated in the class descriptions.
